Try rotating the tires from front to back and see what happens but I just do not see why you would want to go that fast any way. That is way over the speed limit any were.

When you replaced your tires and rims you did have them balanced right ? Stupid question but I thought I would just ask.

Well they wewinatled by professional wheel and tire guys but I can't see any weights on the outside lip and it feels more mechanical than a balance issue maybe wheel bearings?

That is possible but personally I think it still has something to do with the wheel balance because if it was the wheel bearings not only would you get a vibration but it also have a roaring noise especially at those speeds. I would try want I suggested moving the front tires to the back then see if the vibration moves to the back or just stops altogether.
