Is anyone having trouble recording music to the hard drive via USB or disk on mygig

HDD won't down load music from disc or USB. I tried to download from the USB 4 gig of music the radio showed the
music being downloaded it took all of 5 seconds and  it said it down loaded successfully. Then I went to my music
and there are no play lists there. I checked the HDD and there is .3 gig used and 17 gig available   It didn't seem to
download anything .  Any body have this problem?

2008 Unlimited Sahara, Mgig, radio completely dead other than Jeep logo appearing when trying to eject dvd. Anybody else experience this problem? If so, please share on how to remedy it. Thanks,

is this feature now available from Jeep. We have the buttons on the dash for the u connect but Jeep told us it would be later before it could be installed.
