Recieve accident test results for a 2008 toyota 4 runner

I was involved in an accident where I was hit on the front left corner, the impact caused extensive damage the bumper, metal bumper support both headlights ac condenser, fog lights wheel axil bearing and spindle, left suspension needed to be replaced is there any way to determine the speed of the other vehicle was going as I was at a stand still.
Is there any documentation on cash test results to determine the speed  it would take to push the nose of a 4 runner so that it would need to be straightened on a machine?
