http://www.obd-codes.com/p0301 -- a p0301 code is typically a spark plug, spark plug wire, coil or fuel injector issue. Or did it throw a different code?

Dandy is right, as per usual. A TPS won't cause a single cylinder to misfire. But all the things dandy mentioned will. HTH. -Jim
