Go to the car parts store. They sell new hose by the foot. Bring a piece of the old hose with you so you get the right size. Replace all the hoses in the cowl area. They are all the same age and will break too.

I just went thru this on my 2013 Suburban. There is a coupling between the wiper hose and the nipple on the cowl that gets brittle and snaps. The coupling correct size is the next one down from 1/8” but couldn’t find any. Did use the 1/8” one trimmed it down, shortened it and cut taps off. Dug out remains of busted coupling out of hose and nipple, applied lube and inserted the new coupling.
