Disconnect the negative battery cable off the battery for 20mins. and reconnect.

The best way to COMPLETELY reset a computer is to use a OBD 2 scanner (I recommend Snap-On's Modular Diagnostic Information System). Disconnecting the battery like Tom said won't completely reset the computer...
