After some research the fuel pump relay was replaced but Lucern quit again. seat was pulled again and further inspection revealed the seat latch AND the seat bottom were pushing the fuse box both down and back, and with a good amount of force. My friend suggested moving the fuse box both down and back. He used the lower mounting bolt on the driver side and drilled a hole and screwed down the passenger side of the fuse box. The leftover nuts were reinstalled back onto unused mounting studs in case a future modification is necessary.

May have located another problem. Possibly voltage is too low. After putting charger to car fuel pump started working. These cars have a lot of battery draw when they're sitting, if they sit too long the car will crank but there is not enough voltage to activate the fuel pump.

Going through similar issues, The fuse box in mine needs totally replaced due it melting around the fuse. There is a repair bulletin #15-NA-051 describing how to cut the seat clip to prevent future issues.

while replacing fuel pump I accidentally found out the connections at the pump motor were corroded probably due dissimilar metals at the connectors. It's possible that using a rubber mallet (carry one in the trunk) and tapping the top of the fuel pump may re-establish an electrical connection to the pump motor.
