who is the best mechanic to repair my bentley

I’m in Ventura need a good mechanic for some electrical issues on a 1999 Bentley Arnage bmw v8 4.4 turbo doors windows trunk not operating oil pressure gauge goes up down all other gauges working I think ? I just purchased it so need advice from an bentley owner or mechanic desperate don’t sleep very well not knowing what it could be .

How do you open the hood, I pulled the latch but the hood did not lift up. Also, can you open the trunk with just the key? Thanks, Robert
