07 ram 1500 has oil leak in front what is the most common issue

I would check to see if the oil filter is installed correctly. Correctly means tightened properly, in good condition (no dings or dents) and with only 1 gasket to the oil filter mounting boss. Sometimes the oil filter gasket will stick to the mounting boss and a second filter gasket will be installed with a new filter. 2 gaskets will usually cause a bigger leak than you have.

check the crank seal. With the engine off, look at the back of the harmonic balancer.
