I received email to place shirt on hood of car to verify I own the vehicle, but I have tried so many times on my iphone but I can't seem to get to that page. Please help

I have heard the same complaint about access from iPhones and it has to have a certain app. You might consider going to the library or a friends desktop, borrow a laptop for now. If you don't have a desktop or laptop. Or try installing Google Chrome on your iPhone Here is the download: https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/mobile/
