How do I submit a review about a dealer being dishonest with their listing?
I thought you had to wait for the Car Gurus generated e-mail within 7 days after initial e-mail contact with the Dealer in order to leave a review?? I'm STILL waiting to leave a review for some BS "here today, gone tomorrow" type dealer run by the Russian Mob..and it's been WELL past 7 days!!
Colonial Auto. center in Charlottesville has a 2007 Mazda CX 9 on its website and cargurus with an excellent set of pictures. Called on Friday asking if still available and confirmed again before driving a 125 miles on Saturday. They had a trouble finding car on lot, finally saw it and it could not have been same car in picture. Food, old socks, etc in car, they claimed it was just not detailed yet. Asked to get keys to see what mechanical condition was and 45 minutes later the third sales person came back and said the car had been test driven and sold while waited. Some type of scam is going on there.
Damn...I'd be pissed off too! Driving 125 miles and they apparently sold the CX-9 you came to look at WHILE you were there? They're playing games for certain...Write a BAD review as soon as you can...and tell everyone you can to avoid them. Not much more you can do....Sounds like the type of Dealer to be reported to the BBB though. Be thankful that you DIDN'T buy from them..Any used car on a Dealer lot with old socks and food inside speaks VOLUMES for how lousy they are!
