If not standard, it may be part of the XLT trim level, or one of the "Customer Preferred Option Packages" that they equip them with. For example, when I was looking at my Dodge truck before I bought it, I found that the "customer preferred package" not only included power locks and windows, but the Sirius satellite radio, digital compass, etc. Many are optioned this way because they assume people will automatically want that.
