Total # of Malibu SS made

Wow, there is not much said on the internet about the SS Malibu production numbers..... Now you got me curious! They seemed to have squandered a ledgendary name though. That car was a bad ride in its day.

I bought one in 2007, totaled it in multiple car accident (not our fault) we were able to drive it off the highway after getting sandwiched between two vehicles with the one behind us going about 60-65 mph. We walked away!! We purchased another one immediately! We LOVE IT! The speed, control, safety features, etc! Just hears there were a limited number produced and wanted to verify.

Wow! Im glad you made it through all that. I can say Kathy, any car with the SS (Super Sport) badge is special and limited in production. GM produced the Camaro, Chevelle, (Malibu), El Camino, Impala, Monte Carlo, and Nova with the SS badge. I did look up your 2007 SS Malibu, but could not find the quantity produced. Did you have a hard time finding another?
