I just replaced the timing belt and four tires and the mpg wnet down 20%. I ASSUME IT IS THE TIRES any thoughts?

Are the new tires larger than the old tires? Try raising the tire air pressure. 20% is a huge drop and it might be a combinations of tires and engine work.
