I have a 2007 Lincoln MKZ it has a noisy front end. It squicks and knocks what can be done to fix this problem? It is AWD

It's probably one or a couple of front suspension components. Either a tie rod end, CV joint, sway bar bushing, faulty strut. Have someone take a look at it to diagnose to see what is loose or looks worn, and replace.
