Acura 3.2tls,2002,car has 26,000 miles,Acura reccomds changing spark plugs at 100,000.Car runs fine,but I only get 12 miles to the gallon locally,not much better on the highway.Checked with scanner no trouble codes stored.Any suggestions?

The car is rated 17MPG city so you're not far off. Make sure the tire air pressures are at or a couple/three pounds above what the door decal says. Install a new air filter. Drive like you have an egg under your foot. Coast into stop signs and lights.
