2007 kia sedona lx van. Turn signals mostly flash quickly and not lighting up fully. On rare occassion they will work. Bulbs have been changed multip[le times and still does same thing. Any ideas- maybe ground or contact issue?

If the bulbs are good, try a different flasher. You can swap with the hazard flasher if they are the same.

Yes it could be grounds or contacts, check all of the related sockets for corrosion and replace if necessary, check socket ground pathways, most systems will have a metal screw attached to the body and a couple of black wires attached.
