Wind shield washer doesn,t work

On filling up the windshield washer I notice that the liquid is dripping on the garage floor. How do I repair?

Sounds like the hose which feeds the nozzles detached off the pump. You'll need to access the washer pump to reattach. That might involve removing the some spash guards and other components to get to it.
