i have a white,brown,yellow,green wires hanging on driver side by the front axle.What is it?

noticed from the outside,just hanging on front driver side on Hummer h3. No warning lights but should go somewhere,I can not find where.

If you bought it used it is possible they were put in for towing usually behind a camper they would tied into you lights

Thank you. I checked and that is what it is .I haul my Hummer with a motor home and had the device to connect lights installed.
