About: 2000 Saab 9-5 SE V6 Wagon

I bought an actron analyser as my check engine light keeps coming on so i checked and the code translation saya 'manufacturers control air metering' ive put on a new fuel pressure regulator and new airfilter does this mean I have injector problems?

You'll have to ask a Saab dealer, as most of these mfg. specific codes are pretty hard to find elsewhere.  They can tell you what the code means.  It sounds like the problem is with the mass airflow or idle air sensor.  Just a guess.  The Actron analyzers tend to choke on the manufacturer-specific codes since OBD-II requires each mfg. to have a standard list of the same codes, but then they can have a block of their own codes as well for different things.
