My rotors need turning,hence,the jerking when brakes are applied. Problem: While driving@any speed the car has this constant jerk. Could the U-Joint be badly worn&about to go@anytime?

Shortly after parking I smelled maybe
somthing electrical.

Alt.&Starter replaced. I will now replace pads,rotors& calipers. I hope this is a cure all. Iwill keep you postd on results. Thx!
