Asked by Dutchess4991 Jan 16, 2013 at 10:58 AM about the 2006 Jaguar X-Type 3.0L

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I back up, the back brakes make a terrible grinding noise and it has been this way since I purchased the car from the dealer who told me that it was cosmetic and nothing to worry about. Please tell me what it is "officially." thank you.
