What causes my 92 chevy 350 to not go into warm-up mode when cold

Is it actually not warming up? Or is the computer just staying in open loop?

There's a mechanism in side the bottom air cleaner and there should be a hose going from the exhaust manifold up to it when the mech gets warm there's a gate that opens 2 let more air into and heat the engine up faster my 1992 1/2ton takes at least 10 minutes to warm up

I have a '97 k1500 with a 350 and 4l60e automatic. Assuming all things are OK with the truck, would a bad fuel pressure regulator cause it to have no power at low rpm's? It always bogs under acceler...

After the truck has been driven it won't restart when you turn the key. Starter is working, but the engine won't catch. Has a new battery & starter
