Question type: Maintenance & Repair

i was wanting to put the 2500 front suspension on so i can run 6 lugs and have a wider selection for rims. i know in the back all i have to do is swap the axle shafts for the 30 spline 6 lug ones off a 10 bolt rear end. i didnt know if i could just get the 6 lug 2wd rotors for the front and put them on the 1/2 ton spindles or not.. or if it is even possible

Cross reference the 1500 control arms to a 2500. If the numbers are the same then there should be no problem putting a knuckle made for a 6 lug on the truck. If it comes down to it get upper and lower control arms and a knuckle.

thanks. i already got it figured out lol. they have the same spindles.. upper control arms are a bit different but they still fit. but to switch to the 6 lug rotors you dont need to change anything else.
