i have new distributor cap and rotor, and rig runs well when it starts. but on rainy days it
dont like to start, it is a spark problem of some sort. anybody know what is going on
here?

check for moisture in the distributor cap.

Either the coil or ignition control module.

so the other day i moved my 1997 chevy k1500 in my driveway and put my plow on then let it run for a while. I came bacj to it about 30 mins later and it was dead. I tried to crank it but got nothing. after going over everything replacing coil icm ecm crank sensor cam sensor plugs wires complete distributer from cap to oil pump . I have spark but when it it reaches distributer i get no spark to wires. Any ideas? I have never seen this before, im at a loss, please help!! 7 Answers
