Is there a workable solution to horns sticks on 95-98 Riviera's?

In the pass I have had problems with the horns sticking. In one instance I changed the entire horn/air bag assembly which worked only for a short period. Any similar problems and if so what workable solutions?

No I have not..but will be checking the relay and will advise. Tanks

To: Js08016 I did check the horn relay its ok so I have determined the problem is actually the horn/airbag assembly. Thanks again....
