car lights turn on but engine wont turn over

Did you check/measure the voltage on the battery? Should be 12.4 or higher to start the car.

CHANGE THE BATTERY! THAT HAPPENED TO ME AND I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND THEY WAS TRYING TO SAY IT WAS THE COMPUTER SYSTEM BUT I TOOK IT SOME WHERE ELSE AND IT WAS THE BATTERY AND I KNEW IT ! RADIO AND LIGHTS WAS STILL WORKING STILL ALSO! TRY THAT AND SEE IF IT WORKS
