remote starter stopped working

Hi, and  help!

The remote car starter on my alarm dongle stopped working , and now just causes the horn to honk repeatedly. whats wrong and how do  i fix it....

Same problem... OBTW, brought it to a dealership for a diagnostic, and the computer says that there is nothing wrong. I also had my electric latch assembly go bad in my driver's side door, but I had that replaced with an OEM unit. I'll be hoping for an answer too.
