About: 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara Base 4WD

Shadow in low beam

when using low beams on a unlit hiway there is a obvious shadow on the driverside of the light path, when i go to high beam its not there, it has been checked by body shops and mechanics and can't eliminate the shadow problem, any suggestions?
