About: 2006 Subaru Outback 2.5 XT Wagon

programming of garage door opener

I have Lift-Master Security+ remote control garage door opener and I need to program it in my Subaru so that I can give the original one to my roommate. I do not know how to do it and I do not have the owners manual. Please help.
