i have a 1997 subaru legacy l sedan  when i turn sharp truns it clicks and it wants to jump over it self ( like the old 4x4 trucks do when u turn in 4x4) only at low speeds it does it. i replaced all rotors, calipers, and pads im not sure whats wrong can any one help??????????

Sounds like an issue with a CV joint.

If not the CV joint, it sounds like the center diff. Check the CV's first though, get under the car and rotate the axles back and forth by hand to listen for clicking.

^ Do this with the wheels turned at about the same angle as they are when you notice the sound.

I tried no clicking but then I put a fuse in the fwd drive slot and car drives good better than when in was why is that?

That points more to the center differential binding.
