how do I leave bad feedback about a dealer

Dealer - Kargars, this dealer lured us in with a price of 6877, and after our deposit of $500, wrote a contract for 8800, and then when our credit union pointed it out, the dealer changed it to 7877. Still trying to cheat us - when we asked for a return of the deposit because of the dealer trying to cheat us - he refused. I want to leave bad feedback on these disreputable people.

You handed over a $500 check before reading and signing the contract? Read the contract and see what it says about a deposit refund. Dealers like that don't care about feedback. They do care about lawyers and police.
