2002 saturn sl reverse problem

Why is it when the engine is hot in my 2002
saturn sl when I put it in reverse the car
won't move unless I almost put my foot to
the floor? Somebody please help me with
this asap... thank you

Don't know might be a solenoid control on the transmission sounds like you will have to take it in for a diagnosis sorry.
