I have a 1998 saturn SLR,new plugs,wires,fuel filter,air filter. It stas and runs perfectly but as soon as it hits running temp,dies. let it sit for 2 minutes and it restarts and runs perfectly for hours. I did clean under the coil packs

the car starts and runs strong. just as soon as it hits running temp,it dies.nothing will keep it going,not feathering throttle or anything. it will spin but not start. I wait about 2 minutes and it restarts perfectly and will run for hours

try throwing a crank sensor at it. Tends to be the culprit.

thank you,I had found the TSB indicating a crank sensor failure. I put one in.....and it worked. thank you again!
