How can I repair instrument panel lights?

Panel lights not working and not sure which fuse to check

If all instrument panel lights are out I would first check the dimmer switch for proper operation.

I have a 97 saturn sl1, I just replaced the radio and my dash lights no longer work, I checked fuses and it was the park one that was burnt but i replaced it and still the dash lights dont work
