have not driven car in a year bought a battery and had it installed now the car won't start could be the fuel injection?

I have 19997 Saturn SL2 but i have not driven it in a year. Bought a new battery but car wont start, could it be something with the fuel injection, the gas does not seem to be coming through.

Try some starting fluid. If it fires, you know it has spark. Pour in some Sta-Bil and fresh gas.
