Larry - I'm not sure if it's the same issue my wife's 2003 Sorento has had, but there are times when the defroster makes the windshield fog over. She turns on the A/C, keeping the temperature warm, and that seems to help. My wife also has a microfiber towel she keeps in her car to wipe the condensation from the inside of the windshield if the defroster nor the A/C help. I should probably have our mechanic take a look, but it's not something that I can replicate on a whim and she seems OK with the workarounds that she utilizes. Good luck!!
