might be tps, might be a vacuum leak, might be the crank sensor losing signal. Guessing can get expensive. Why not take it to a professional to have it diagnosed properly. Then, if you feel up to it you can repair your car right the first time.

TPS sensor is doing its job since the vehicle is not stalling. Iif the TPS went out, it would not let the vehicle hold an idle at all!!!!!!! Idle/Air control valve is your problem. Very common problem. It's only symptom is that which you have explained.

Actually the car would idle, It would use a MAP or MAF sensor 2 compensate for it.

your throttle position sensor is gone, and yes it will keep running.

Why would my title position censor keep running while let is off and drains my battery and goes into engine Power reduced Mode?

first you should change the engine coolant temperature sensor, temperature sensor it make idle problem ,,,,,then adjust the air idle control valve value 5.4 ,then open full throttle body check the amount of air ,if it is same you can solve the issue....i hope
