No tail lights on 01GMC Sonoma 2.2

Had no ground power to tail lights
added ground and worked for a day
now back out. Replaced bulbs and
sockets. Brake lights turn singals and
back up lights work. Just no tail lights

Start at battery and check for clean grounds. Voltage drop testing is what we use for this. I use a power prob that connects at battery and has volt gauge and can have power or ground with push of a button.

Having similar problem as well as dash lights going black. Was told to replace the headlight control switch.
