I have a 1995 Chevy Baretta that stopped running well while driving it.

The lights blinked and went out. Then I put in a new battery and it happened again after 1 day. Also, the ABS light comes on and my turn signals do not function correctly either. They blink but are delayed when blinking until the car shuts off completely. What could be happening? Is my battery draining? Is it something else.

i would guess bad alternator or the computer is shot. happened in a friends car

Check the wiring in the trunk at the hinges. Mine shorted out and blew out a lot of electrical throughout the car.
