I have a crew cab 06, just under 40k and both front wheel bearings have been replaced. Also some weird electrical issues here and there.

I have an 2007 gmc extended cab 4x4 with a 2" lift and 33" tires,and a magnaflow system very good truck about 45 thousand km in it and got a superchips programe for it.The trtuck has lots of jam and better fuel milage.

same cubic inch but different design      shouldnt be haed on fuel   i get over 600kms  to a tank on mine

lwer steering shaft may make a small clunking noise  ull feel it in the steering wheel   going over bumps    gm has an updated  version     if u still have warranty it maybe covered    besides that i havent had any other major problems-had mine since new

You know, I have felt something rattling through the steering, I do have bumper to bumper warranty, so I should have that checked, thanks for the input everyone.

As far as I know, my truck is factory, but it will sure get up and dangle when you punch it on the highway, the intake howls like a cop car in hot persuit. I suppose my mileage isn't that bad after all, I think I'm getting around 24 MPG on highway, with tailgate up. Have you had ur truck dynoed with the new chip to see how much more HP you get?
