brake lights won't work

I have replaced all the bulbs. Checked all the fuses under the hood and in the car.
Could it be a relay switch under the brake pedal ? where is it located?

Its your Turn Signal switch. The brakes wiring run through it for the E-Flashers and the contacts go bad since the Emergency flasher are almost never used. Cheapest at Junk Yard.
