navigation with sunroof?

Can I install a navigation system (factory or after market) in a 07 SLT Envoy with a sunroof? Everyone (including dealers) tell me no because of the sunroof? Please help :(

I strongly beleave that having a sun roof should not play a factor with installing a navigation system. They seel cars and trucks every day with systems and sun roofs
