'96 beretta will not start

checked battary, connections, and everything seems ok. turn the ignition and it doesnt even try to turn over. help!

Is the battery fully charged? Have you had the starter tested?

apparently the autozone battary tester was faulty when i took the battary in the first time. have to replace it now and hope thats all that was wrong.
