Most likely two separate issues. On the heated seat/s usually the wires under the seat go bad and blow a fuse or they get frayed and have intermittent connection. Radio issue is possibly a loose connection in dash for radio.

the heated seats may be working properly, they are designed to shut off at certain temperatures and not to come back on until they are below that. also a question about the radio problem. do you notice anything else getting dim when this happens? and does it happen mostly on decleration?

No other light in dash flicker only radio it happens whether foot is on the gas or not doesn't matter and happens once in a while not every day

For the seat check the wiring under the seat. These wires flex every time you move the seat. For the radio might just have a light bulb loose or maybe loose wire under dash.
