Seeking any feedback on suspension adjustments or aftermarket products to alleviate stiff /harsh road ride.

Unfortunately, part of the problem is the larger rims and low profile tires. You may be able to switch to a softer strut or shock absorber, but I don't know that you'll have much selection right now, since likely Acura is the only supplier of parts at the moment for this vehicle. Talk to the dealership to see if there are any alternate options for suspension parts.
