Where is the AC Relay located on my 1990 Buick Park Ave

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The AC compressor goes on for a few seconds and then shuts off for a few seconds so I purchased a new relay. I can not find the location of the relay to replace it. Can anyone help?

Bullcrap can't put freon in because relay isn't working...
