Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My fuel light had just came on and the car
started tugging like I was running out I went
two minutes to the gas station put 20$ in
and when back towards home. As I got
ready to turn on my street the car cut off.
Then it started back up and started tugging
itself to turn and then it cut off. I got it
pushed down the street to my house and it
won't start. All lights and every thing is on.

It is possible that running it low on fuel ruined the fuel pump or clogged the fuel filter. It probably needs to go to a reputable mechanic. Running a fuel injected vehicle low on fuel is not a good idea.
