Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have to buy tires for my XC90 2.5TAWD and it has been recommende that I switch to a "T" rated tire instead of the "H" rated tire that came on the vehicle.  Does anyone have experience with this?

I don't know about the T vs. the H tires, but can tell you that I bought R rated ones 235/60R18 Yokohama Parada Spec-X in November 2009 for my XC90 V8, and love them! They are much quieter than the original OEMs (Michelin) were, and I've had no trouble with grip even during the harsh winters where I live. There are a lot of options out there so good luck! And FYI I ordered my tires at tirerack.com and had them delivered to and installed at my Volvo dealership. Worked out great!
