About: 1998 Volvo V70 4 Dr STD Wagon

seat belt problem

The button broke on my seat belt and I didn't know it. So, when I lowered the seat the seat belt retracted and now I can't raise the seat. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can get the seat back up?
